Returns and Replacements

When a return or replacement may be needed, please contact us directly.

Shipping damage:  If for any reason our product arrives in damaged condition, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. 

Personalized products: Each personalized product is made up individually to your order.  If the personalization is incorrect because we did not match your request we will replace the product at no charge.  If the personalization is incorrect due to an error made by you when you placed your order, we will replace the product at half price.

Security

Eglomise Designs, Inc. does not retain credit card information from your online order. When shopping at our online store, your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to our financial services provider, Electronic Merchant Systems, 5005 Rockside Road, Independence, Ohio. We are notified of your order and the last 4 digits of your credit card are provided to us for reference only.
